The Lehner Law Office, LLC is owned and operated by its primary attorney, Andrew M. Lehner.  As a fourth-generation attorney, Andy understands what it means to be an effective advocate for each of his clients.

  During law school, Andy served as a volunteer student attorney for Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services and as a law clerk for a respected Eden Prairie Estate Planning law firm.  In addition to his training and experience in the areas of estate planning, taxation, elder law, and probate, Andy spent a summer in Ireland studying international human rights law.

  Upon admission to the Minnesota bar, he practiced as an estate planning attorney for the same Eden Prairie Firm.  In February of 2009, Andy opened the Lehner Law Office near his home in St. Paul.

  Interesting fact:  The legacy of lawyering runs deep in the Lehner family.  In fact, the original Lehner Law Office was founded in Princeton, Wisconsin in 1904 and is still in operation today!  If you visit Princeton, a town of 1,500, you can visit the original Lehner Law Office near the corner of Water Street & Lehner Lane (renamed to mark 100 years of operation in 2004).  Be sure to greet Michael P. Lehner, Andy’s father during your visit!

   Cassie joined the Lehner Law team early in 2011.  In addition to her bright personality and great sense of humor, Cassie is a gifted organizer.  She has become an integral to maintaining a throrough and efficient office.  If you are a client, you will likely have the pleasure of speaking with her from time to time!
